But
You don’t know how to make sauerkraut
And you never liked
The ‘locro de col’ done by your mother?
Where would it go the cabbage
(More than the picture & statistics)
Than the garbage?
There it lies my friends
The importance
In the whole sustainability circle
Of honey mustard.

Living Ecuador for example
A tropical /frutal country
The most clever thing to do
The smartest
Wouldn’t need to be to incorporate fruits into the meals
And into the cooking?

I remember it as if it was yesterday
The first time I ate my mango salad
At first I only thought
“this is the chic-est thing ever tasted”
“Salads only done by millionaires”
Now I think
To incorporate fruits in the cooking
Is the most efficient sustainable in cheapest way to eat
Definitely the Smartest one

For what it is a lemon pie
More than just a
Cookie-based sweet lemon omelette?

2.- Buy some chiken-eggs and panela

What else could I do
In this abundant
Richest, healthiest
More beautiful land on earth
Than just enjoy it
Enjoy its teachings..
Implicits all the way
Enjoy the fact of just..
